Contacting the workshop

When you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and arrange the service you request. Please share only what we need to help with your vehicle or booking.

To ask about information we hold about you, or request access or a correction, contact the workshop on 03 448 8183 or visit 24 Shannon Street, Alexandra.

Mitsubishi service bookings

Our Mitsubishi booking link takes you to Mitsubishi Motors NZ. Information entered there is handled under their privacy policy.

Online enquiries

The enquiry form sends your name, email address, optional phone number and message to the workshop through Good Dog IT’s forms service. Cloudflare hosts the service and provides Turnstile spam verification. Resend processes the enquiry email; its processing may take place overseas, including in the United States. Your email address is used so the workshop can reply.

The service keeps an encrypted recovery copy for up to seven days and submission records for up to 30 days to manage delivery, retries and abuse. These service limits do not determine how long the workshop keeps correspondence needed for your enquiry or service.

Website hosting and maps

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Its infrastructure processes connection information, such as your IP address and requested pages, to deliver and protect the website. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics on this website.

Our images, fonts and styles are served with the website. The contact page includes a Google Maps map; loading it connects your browser to Google. Directions links also open Google Maps.
